"The hotel's web site says the restaurant is open every day until 10pm. This turned out not to be accurate, but the reception staff were helpful in pointing out that there were a number of takeaways nearby. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable "

"The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed. The room was absolutely lovely. We would like to praise the staff for their reactive response to the initial issue that we had - these things happen and it the response and customer care we received was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, very well situated and breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely recommend. "
