「House was better than expected for a 600 year old building. Loved the courtyard outside and downstairs lounge area with all mod cons. Had trouble with the door in that it locks when shut and key was inside - had to call a locksmith! Maybe you can look at changing the type of lock so this does not happen to others.」

「Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. The only thing missing was shampoo, which is not a big deal but would be helpful for overseas travelers who haven’t brought things like that because of liquid restrictions on flights, or are traveling light. But the room was very nice overall. 」

Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead.
