"Overall the room is in need of a renovation . The drainage in the tub|shower was not good. Drawers didn’t open properly in the bedroom dresser. One elevator was out of service during our stay. The second elevator went out of service during checkout time, which resulted in having to carry all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The staff did not seem to have a backup plan in place for both elevators being out of service & rolled their eyes when we expressed frustration about there being no signage posted about the out of service elevators. A simple offer of a complimentary water bottle or some other compensation for the inconvenience would have been more appropriate than the response we received from the front desk staff."

The rooms are fine, spacious with spacious bathrooms and decent linens. The location is fine for walking to places to eat. Dashers and drivers sometimes have trouble finding the entrance. "
