"I absolutely liked the lady that got me checked in. She was nice and helpful. The rooms could use some updates but think it is great that the rooms have a little trash can for things that can be recycled. There was also a long hair and a short curly hair in the bathtub. The price for the room, I think there should be a complimentary breakfast but there is not. Instead you have to buy it at the restaurant that is connected to the hotel or go and buy breakfast somewhere else. The lady that checked me out today was rude and snotty."

"Did not eat breakfast. Got the impression since I booked online that I was a no-good customer. Noticed in the room, long dark hair in the shower and hair dust ball behind the bathroom door, also body wash was empty. When I pulled the sheets back there was short dark hair all over (like from a leg). But the bed was made. To me it looked like someone has been using the room and the housekeeping just changed out the towels and made the bed without changing the sheets. Upon checkout I was offered a receipt but then I was informed that they couldn't give me one since I booked third party."
