"Great staff. Breakfast was excellent. Only issues were, the tissue shortage(due to it being in storage), and the condition of the clothing and restroom drawers(looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. But overall, would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone."

"A lovely little place to stay. Limited amenities on site but excellent location, close to so much. Be aware that there’s a mandatory daily parking rate. But the staff are lovely, the rooms charming, and the location can’t be beat."

"This is not a Hyatt!!! The property has more of a motel feel if you will . Our room was on the first floor facing directly on to a street. All room doors are accessible to any passerby. I did not feel safe at this location. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one. And I cannot say that it’s cleanliness was up to par "

"The staff were super friendly and kind but unfortunately there were things that just made the experience not so grand. First we arrived to our tv on, had to call because the remote wouldn’t work and after a couple visits they replaced the batteries. Whomever cleaned knew the remote was dead because they couldn’t. Turn the tv off but left it for us to deal with. Then the sofa bed wasn’t made so we had to find sheets in the closet and make it ourselves even though it was known that we needed it because we reserved the suite for 6 people. After making the bed we found that there was one thin blanket to go on it and one pillow. We called to see if there was a comforter or an extra blanket that could be used and to get a couple pillows. We were told that they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel and to use the couch pillows that they had no comforters but could find us another thin blanket. Then the next morning about 9am our cards all deactivated and we were all locked out of our room and had to make trips downstairs to get help. We also weren’t the only room that had this happen and were told that something happened in the system. Again the staff was great in trying to assist but the visit was a little frustrating and probably wouldn’t have been worthy of noting had it not been a handful of things that occurred. I feel like not having enough bedding and having the make the beds yourselves doesn’t really meet the expectation for a basic level of service for a stay. "
