"This is the second visit to this villa and unfortunately it needs some modernisation. Overall felt like it hadnt been looked after since the first time 2 years ago. It is still a lovely property but needs updating. Furniture is dated and uncomfortable. Pool had lots of debris and 2 out of the 3 pool lights didnt work. There was a strong unpleasant smell on arrival which the host visited and put right as soon as we flagged it."

"We were absolutely delighted with our choice of where to stay. The breakfast was plentiful and I would recommend eating dinner in the restaurant, the food was extremely good and excellent value. Xaghra centre with its church and other restaurants is only about 5 minutes walk away. We visited the temples, windmill and Xetti caves. We always found a parking space outside the hotel. We were lucky with the weather and used the pool area. Xaghra is an ideal spot for a base to visit the island if you hire a car. We did also use the bus to Victoria."
