Dunes Village Resort
The deferred maintenance is obvious throughout the property. Showers and “hot” tubs were cold. The toilets ran non stop and when we were told someone would come to take a look, no one showed up. Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark
Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, room floors were very dirty, bathroom was extremely small, walkways to rooms outside were very dirty with garbage and some food in the same location not cleaned up for 3 days. Pools has sand and debris floating in them.
