「The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. 」

「Ideal stay, all in all. Uses it as a convenient place to stay for an Amtrak excursion. The pool is amazing and all the staff were very nice. Would happily stay here again for another trip or a downtown Crowne Center experience. 」
