「I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.」

「The room is spacious and cool」

「Location and parking was good for us. Didn’t like no microwave or coffee pot in room. Coffee bar was a little expensive but good.」

「The property was very clean. The staff was excellent. Everything was well maintained nice place to stay.」

「The hotel had a classic atmosphere. While the facilities were a bit dated, they were well maintained and everything felt clean.」

「I really enjoyed this hotel. It was centrally located and allowed me ten minute walks to two specific places I was wanting to see. It was also close to the 6 mile trolly line which made it easy to access. The hotel was laid out nicely so it was always easy to find my room. It was very clean. I wish the restaurant menu and costs were available on their website or in the rooms. I would highly recommend AC Marriott downtown Kansas City, Missouri.」

「We had the Presidential Suite. My husband has mobility issues and we knew we would spend a fair amount of time in the hotel. This 1400 plus square foot space was a beautiful gift! We thought it was reasonably priced for that beautiful space.」

「The hotel is a little older, but it has been well maintained and was very clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a positive experience with the hotel itself. The surrounding area seemed safe, but there wasn't much to do nearby. Most of the retail spaces around the hotel were vacant, so the neighborhood felt rather quiet after dark. Because of that, I didn't really feel like going out at night.」

「happy stay!」
