"Had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know I was going to be arriving after MN due to multiple delays with my flight schedule. The yoing lady told me know to worry that as long as I got there by 130am that mybroom was saved. Arrived at 105am and the doors were locked. I knocked without reponse. After about 10 minutes I saw a phone to the right of me and got in touch with someone who hung up but did unlock the door. I realize I was there late but he wasnt the most friendly person to check me in. Room was ice cold and musty smelling with the AC set at 65 degrees, adjusted, crawled into bed with my jacket over me. Not a very pleasant experience at that hour of the morning in a city I had never beed to."

"Room was run down. Trash still in trash can, shower grout was grimy and nasty, tv didn’t work. Glad I only stayed 1 night "

"I had a 6 day stay. I felt comfortable and safe being a Woman staying by myself. The receptionist Sandra was very professional and very kind and helpful to handle my booking. Excellent customer service. I will return here on my next visit to California from Delaware. Thank you Joanne"

"I didn’t think they kept 1960’s motels still in business- especially under the Marriott Residence brand. No shuttle to the airport in the morning, the smell and property was outdated. The air conditioning barely worked and the toilet leaked. The tub was stained and if I had to stay over 5 hours for a connection and had a chance to cancel, I would’ve been gone. "

"The Staff was very accommodating and I took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport. I would stay again if visiting the area again. "

"Everything about the room was very nice, no issues there. The terrible experience started with the front desk and no clear communication in their part. I had reserved a room for one night when I arrived at the hotel to check in. I asked the front desk if they can extend Minite and what would be the fee for the next day the lady at the front desk acknowledged and told me that the fee would be issued the next day and she would have my card on file. I explained to her that I had a two day convention as to why I wanted to extend the room and wanted to feel comfortable about leaving my stuff there and not having to come back in the next day."
