「I would NEVER ever commend this property because they Do Not honor the contract. When I arrived, I was told my room was already rented to someone else. I waited two hours for them to clean a room for me. The room was dank and cold. It was clean, but nothing to write home about. 「The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent」

「Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. 」
