「We stayed at The Doghouse Inn for two nights with my partner and our dog, and we had a great experience. Check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, and we felt really welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our dog was treated like a guest too, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back.」
「I only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. 」
「We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. 」
「This was a fun place to stay while visiting the battle field. The village was very interesting with many small shops.
The room appeared to be recently renovated and staying above a pub was a fun experience. The pub itself was also excellent.
Our only complaint was lack of air conditioning...which resulted in us opening a window...and listening to traffic (the road out front is very busy)
All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area」
「Nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was nice if a little compact. Very clean. We had room 203 which was a dormer room so sloping ceilings. Not so good if your tall, particularly in the shower. Cant speak fo the other rooms though. Plenty of parking when we were there.」
「A beautiful property with quaint gardens within the grounds. Room was for four of us, we had a double bed and a bunk. It was a small room but perfect for us. Bright, airy, and clean with an ensuite shower. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of hot, fresh fruit, cereals with coffee and juices. Would definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommended.」
