Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee. Overall not a pleasant experience - it was far from being a luxury hotel and overpriced for what the hotel offered.」
