「Horrible service received from the hotel staff. Pre-booked and paid rooms were not “available”. No notice from the hotel
beforehand.
Hotel didn’t help to arrange another accommodation. They just told to go nearby dormitory.

「I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever.
The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
