THE DEFINITION OF FIVE STAR
"From the moment we arrived at this magnificent state of the art hotel we knew we were in for a special stay. From the valet service at the curb to the welcoming smiles at the front desk; these people know they work at an amazing hotel and they’re proud of it. Every individual I interacted with in every department was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Now the room was fantastic; a corner unit on the 16 floor that is all glass walls overlooking the city below; breathtaking. The room was modern and it was immaculate. My only criticism I passed on to the front desk was get Smart TV’s in the room with Netflix. Other than that this hotel is the finest I’ve seen world wide. But it’s more than the hotel, it’s the people that make you want to be there. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One last thing, the breakfast buffet was incredible. Everything you could want and more. Great job management. Thank you!! "
