Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.

We arrived a few hours before check-in to drop our bags and the lady that received us was lovely and attentive. Upon coming back we had asked for our bags and were told they’d be brought to the room but after a couple hours of rest no one came up, we dialed reception and they said they didnt know anything and to come down. Unfortunately our bags were just sitting there in the lobby for who knows how long, although I think it was a misunderstanding since there were a few things going on at the time with another guest needing help in a different language and staff was trying to help her. In any case our bags were fine and we had a great stay. The room was always clean and it was close to public transportation making it easy for us to arrive at our desired destinations. We did not opt for the breakfast package but did have a few things from the bar and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!
