Good parking, nice neighbors. Advice you take your own big umbrellas for shade on deck. Can park a 6mtr boat on grass then 2 to 3 vehicle's. Only con would be no details on rubbish collection. "The Lookout was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved the location, and the view over the ocean was pure magic. The property was secluded and it had everything we needed. Cleanliness could have been slightly better but this didnt hinder our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"Spent two nights at the property introducing my family to Pauanui. The property was great for our young family with access to the estuary literally a few feet away. The kids felt like they were having an adventure sleeping up top in the loft bedroom. House was very warm, great location and Amelia (our bach administrator) was super."
