「チェックインの時体調が悪かったのですが、すぐにホテルの車で病院に連れて行ってくれてとても助かりました。ホテルの施設も、部屋もとても素敵でしたりした。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは最高でした。体調不良で楽しめなかったので、次回Kochiに来た時もここに泊まりたいです。」

「駅から歩いてすぐと便利なため初めての宿泊。最初の部屋は壁にびっしりカビが! 伝えたら別の部屋をすぐ用意してくれた。 部屋は写真の通り新しくてきれいだったが蚊に毎晩悩まされました。。 朝食はビュッフェ式で種類は少ないがおいしかった。」

「Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort.」

「A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!」

「We enjoyed Backwater Resort very much. We stayed 1 evening before an overnight houseboat trip. We enjoyed the resort so much we returned for another day just relaxing. The staff are all super accommodating and everyone greets you in passing. 5 star service. The rooms are done very well with real wood furnishing. It is isolated from the city but so quiet and relaxing. Finally, great lake views.」
