"i had made booking for 2 nights (28th Nov to 30 Nov) with full payment. the hotel mailed me on 28 Nov stating that the room is not available for 29th Nov and asked me to cancel the booking. The booking was made for three elderly ladies and asking to cancel at last moment is unprofessional. The hotel agreed to arrange for alternate accommodation. "The setting is beautiful, quiet, amidst lush nature. The arrangements are eco friendly, yet extremely comfortable. Love the views over the valley from the cabin veranda.
