"The property is in a very cool area of town but it’s a dated hotel with a mildew smell. The hotel classifies itself as luxury but I would give it 3 stars at best. "

"Rooms were very nice. Light switch locations were confusing, but a very minor concern. Shops are eateries are right outside the hotel building, which makes this make this convenient."

"I’ve been staying at Landmark since 2006, and remains my favorite in Bangkok! Maybe not the newest, but the staff is incredible! I highly recommend going for the club floors! What an amazing view and experience. Just an overall solid and amazing hotel that remembers you from stay to stay! The management and staff get a A++. They will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure and they really go that extra mile to insure they are grateful you chose The Landmark! Great job to you all! "

"Pros- corner room was nice. Breakfast was good. Cons- i got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant. Most likely the prawns (thai dish). Told me 20% off but did not apply then when receiving the bill. Considering the cost of the dinner, i was extremely disappointed in all aspects. Pool was cold at 3pm despite 36 celcius. Not a lot of sunlight hits the pool area. Construction all around the hotel ongoing. "

"The location was perfect for us! We had an appointment at Bumrungrad Hospital so the close proximity was excellent. The hotel is a short ride from the BTS allowing us access to many locations in Bangkok."
