"Sometimes you go to a place that is good for the soul. This is River Kwai Resotel. It is so relaxing and refreshing to be there. The environment is serene, the food is great and the staff are so warming and accomdating. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one for this property. "Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."
