bad experience

i made my reservation, had everything ready, when i arrived at the hotel they told me they did have my reservation but no rooms available, so i couldnt stay there. So even though i booked in advanced i was left with no hotel room for me and my family. this was a terrible experience to deal with, specially after i made everything in advanced with this web page.
