「The host was awesome 」

「I hate having to write this, but this experience was just too terrible to not let others know.First off getting information from the "host" takes about 24 hours to get any kind of response.Our dates for our trip were 12/27/2024-12/29/2024 When we arrived to the home it had not been cleaned and no one around. After talking to the host or representative they stated " check-in on the add says 4pm-6pm" (Which it does not, I have proof). He then proceeded to tell us we would need to wait about an...

「Safe, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen...could use some pans. Updated home. Plenty of parking. Nice waterfront backyard.」

「Property was as described and represented in photos. The unit had the usual wear and tear you'd expect for a 20 year old property but still was very comfortable and had enough space to accommodate our party of 6 adults and 1 Frenchie. We had a very pleasant stay. The host was very prompt to respond to questions and very professional. We will be renting from them again.」

「Great place with a lovely pool! Comfy bed and shower. Host very responsive with issues and questions. I would note there is no TV (which is consistent with the listing), but there is WiFi so you can use your own tablet, laptop or phone.」
