"Our trip was the best, it was even better than we expected. The host was amazing with communication, and giving us the information we needed when we needed it. The house had everything we needed and even more. Me and my family had the best time, relaxing inside the beautiful house playing games there was so many to choose from. We also really enjoyed toasting s'mores, fishing and playing catch with my kids in your beautiful back yard. I would definitely recommend this house and the host and would definitely book to come back again. Every thing was perfect. We had such an awesome amazing weekend. Thank you so so much for everything. "

"AAMAZING FOOD TRUCKS OUTSIDE, THE SMASH BURGERS. I like how old management had grape foliage in the check in area, could use some more ambient lighting. kinda dark, we were in the upgraded units and i wish it had a roku or something for the tv, the tvs are really old and pixilated. the young man working there was very nice, these are recommendations and not complaints."

"Overall an excellent stay. The decor is dated, but it is clean and the beds are super comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk that the hotel will be updated sometime in 2026."

"The hotel is more of a truck stop. It's right next to a freeway and a gas station. It's affordable and there is plenty of parking. If sleep is not an issue, this hotel is fine and serves a purpose. It's clean, well appointed and there is hot running water. The walls are thin though and you will hear your neighbors, hallway noise and freeway noise. "

"Great place!! The house is perfect and my kids loved the ping pong/pool table! The kitchen is big and modern. Although the lake is pretty low (4’), you can still use the nice dock by tying up the ladder on the dock- at least for a bass/fishing boat. If you are fishing a tournament, this place is great and is in an ideal location to fish either the N or S part of the lake. The creek arm itself is deep enough to run without worries. There is a community boat ramp that couldn’t be used due to low water levels.. when the lake rises, it will be super convenient! Otherwise, you can use Caney City boat ramp or Log Cabin boat ramp, both are a 15-20 min boat ride to the house! Communication with the hosts was great! We will be back when we fish Cedar Creek again!! "
