「Lovely villa in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants making this a great stay for all ages. The villa was spacious with a big garden and pool area. Everything needed was there in the villa. A real home from home.」

Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year」

「The house is wonderful, just as it looks in the photos! Perfect for our group of 8 family and friends. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space with a good size pool and many outdoor areas to sunbathe, sit or play games. Our hosts, Amanda and Rob, were great and very responsive and welcoming. They also stayed up until 1am to meet us at the house after our arrival was delayed! There are some good restaurants in the area, our favorites with sea view, plus a couple with vegan options such as Artesano...

The villa is ideally located for local shops and cafes with a 10 mins walk to the main local town of Moraira with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops - while it's a good idea to hire a car to explore the local area you could stay here without one as more or less everything you need is in walking distance. 「Een zeer mooi modern huis met veel slaapkamers. Het huis was ook heel schoon. Je moet wel een auto hebben omdat het huis vrij hoog op de berg ligt.」

「Property was very good, location good although a car is required. We stayed for 16 days and electricity charge was a €100 which we thought was excessive as no aircon was used. Overall very enjoyable.」

「Lovely villa but you need a car as nothing within walking distance, unless you’re fit as very hilly. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. A selection of Spanish and English restaurants. Lovely beach and a place to eat while you’re there if you so wish. Villa is spacious, nice pool and shady areas.」

「Unbestritten toller Panoramablick. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber speziell. Sauberkeit ok, Müll der Vormieter war noch da. Gebrauchsartikel wie Reinigungsmittel, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel waren selber zu beschaffen. Glühbirnen (3) haben wir ebenfalls besorgt. Wäsche teilweise fleckig, rostiger Wäschetrockner? Leider war das Haus umsäumt von 3 Baustellen, eine davon war ein Felsabbruch mit Bagger mit Presslufthammer. Es lohnt sich, die anderen Bewertungen zu lesen. Schade, die Aussicht...
