The pool is surrounded by terraces where you can enjoy views of the vineyards and the village of Moraira. The terrace includes a naya with a large outdoor dining and seating area, plus a distinctive barbecue inspired by Mexican bread ovens. There are also two outdoor showers next to the pool. On the main floor, you'll find a large living-dining room with sliding doors to the terraces and a 38-inch TV with all Spanish and international channels; next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. This floor has four air-conditioned bedrooms, two with terrace access via sliding doors. There are also three bathrooms and a guest toilet.



The lower floor, accessible independently or via the garage, includes two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. There's also a laundry room. In the garage, you'll find a play area with a ping-pong table and foosball.



Almost all areas of the house and its surroundings are wheelchair accessible. If needed, special aids such as a height-adjustable bed (hospital bed), shower stretcher, shower chair, transport chair, and a pool-friendly wheelchair are available. Personalized care services can be arranged in collaboration with specialized home care organizations, available for an extra fee.
