「We booked the day before. Got a notice the day of that check-in time was being pushed back 1.5 hours. Ended up being two hours. No offer to compensate for lost time. Just told we could cancel which was not an option after driving 10 hours that day to an area with very limited vacancies. When we arrived it was hard to find the unit as the number was next to a door the code didn’t work at. The unit ended up being in behind that unit. 「Absolutely wonderful!!!! True ski in and ski out, the chair lift is immediately outside your front door. The townhome was in immaculate condition and very clean. Had tons of kitchen pots/pans and utensils for cooking. We had 3 couples stay and it was more than enough space for us all and was a wonderful time!! Hot tub was super great. Would 100% stay here again the next time we come to Jackson hole! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home!」

「Great property and would stay again. The only issue was the unit could have been a little cleaner, and a dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Assume the cleaning crew missed it. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Great experience overall!」
