Domus Aura villa in Sardinia with sea view and pool

10/10 Excellent

"Stunning ocean view, huge upper terrace with endless views and fabulous lower deck with pool, endless ocean and beach view and covered outdoor living room from where we watched a magnificent thunderstorm roll over in the late afternoon while sipping outstanding Sardinian wine. Communication was excellent. The hosts, Mauro and augusta are warm and welcoming and responsive. Wonderful Everything was easy. The villa is super clean and exactly as pictured. The principal bedroom is in the lower level (with sea view),large, its own living area, large ensuite. Spectacular. One upper bedroom also has a fabulous view. The second upper bedroom faces the front walled in courtyard. One good full bathroom in that floor, along with kitchen and dining area. The sofa is in the kitchen. We generally used the very ample living spaces in the lower and upper decks including multiple seating and eating areas and the covered living area, great loungers by the pool. Quiet location. Peaceful. Excellent beds and bedding. The people in this small town are wonderful. The beach is stunning. The sand is like flour. The water is clear and warm. The beach restaurants are wonderful. You can rent loungers on the beach (22 for front row two loungers and one umbrella). A truly magical place. You can walk to the beach or drive. Great supermarket 5 minute walk. Same for grotto restaurant. Su Iba spa 6 minute drive fabulous and outstanding food."

Hotel Club Saraceno

8/10 Good

"Great large property, in a charming local town. It’s awesome resort for families with lots of activities/entertainment like paddling boating, floats, beach toys, sailing, boat rentals etc. The property is large & uphill, rooms a located on the hill, you get your steps in. The staff is always riding around in carts and you can catch a ride if that’s an issue. The rooms were large and clean, with a great view."

Arbatasar Hotel

8/10 Good

"This hotel is a good choice for budget travelers wanting to explore Cost Smeralda. It is less than 1 hour drive from all surrounding area, which made it convenient. The property had its glory days but is now a bit worn down in need of modern upgrades. It is a large property, with free parking, nice pool, playground, soccer field, great for families. The room were spotless. They need updates but were clean, AC worked well & we slept comfortably. Included breakfast was also good. Overall, we had a good stay. They staff was courteous & we enjoyed our time there."

Levante - Magnificent villa with swimming pool and panoramic view of the bay of Foxi Manna

10/10 Excellent

"We can’t say enough great things about Levante! It exceeded expectations, and our host, Maria, went above and beyond. Having a car is key on Sardinia, but our rental fell through at the airport - Within 10 minutes, Maria arranged transfers to and from the house, and she delivered groceries and arranged rides for an evening out. We highly recommend the cooking experience with Stefania at Sardinia Cooking Experience (which we discovered from the guide book at the house). All that, and we haven’t even mentioned the view yet, which is spectacular! We were “stranded” at the house for 4 nights / 3 full days, and we loved every minute of it (with 5 kids, 10-20 years old). The pool was wonderful, and the ping pong table and paddle board were a blast! It is a hike up the hill from the beach, but it is worth it! There is a wonderful little super market walking distance and great food options on and around the beach - we highly recommend Lithos!Grazie mille, Maria! We loved our time on Sardinia!"

Villa Maria: New Private Pool, 3 Bedrooms, Sea 5 Minutes Walking Distance

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent too. There’s a great butcher just a 5-minute walk away where you can get delicious rotisserie chicken, and the beach and beach bar are only a short stroll from the villa. We also loved the pizzas from Coco Bar – definitely worth trying!A wonderful place to stay, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We’d happily return!"
