「Everything about Jefferson House was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of Connecticut adjoining a state park. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large island for dining. The bed, pillows and living room furnishings were very comfortable. The house was well up-to-date with two TVs, a charging device with multiple cords, a double oven (!), and countless thoughtful touches. I cannot recommend it highly enough!」

「The house was perfect. We came in for my son’s wedding and had family staying from all over- Canada, Arkansas and Florida. The house worked out perfect. All the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a bit of a steep staircase to enter the house which can be tricky for the elderly but completely doable. I would definitely rent this property again if needed.」

「It was great!」

「Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. 」

「Great location close to Warner Theater and downtown. Extremely easy to check in, even at night in the dark. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfy, everything smelled fresh and clean.」

「Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!」

「My unit was exactly as described. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return again. 」

「This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Very clean and comfortable with easy communication with host I recommend this unit to all who want to visit Wallingford or who desire to take the train to ny or Boston etc」

「We can't wait for our next visit north to stay here again. Great location with easy access to the highway, Hartford entertainment, etc. -- and just a short walk to West Harfford Center. And our favorite Chinese (Black Bamboo, thanks Sunny!) is just around the corner. The home is perfect for us, with the 1/2 bath downstairs being an added bonus. The upstairs renovated bathroom is great too. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee maker (with coffee supplied) and delicious...

「Clean property, very cute. Also very small. Cable/tv access was challenging, but all on all a good experience」
