Room was extra large. But the ac was very noisy

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor from start to finish. The phone number was not provides to contact the help desk, so whenever we needed assistance, we had to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves. The room was also not properly equipped. There were no bathroom doors. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and service. The hotel did not even include breakfast, and basic amenities such as slippers were not provided. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and failed to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend staying here.

The Sonolux was a fantastic experience Great staff. Awesome food. Super clean rooms and hotel Loved the Jazz Bar in basement and cool resturant on the main floor
