The overall experience was okay. The check in/out process was through a kiosk and in my personal opinion it takes away from a personal touch with the guest.

The hotel is located next to several restaurants. We stayed one night as a layover on our way to St. Louis so it was convenient and served our purpose. The room was clean and spacious.

Had a great and comfortable stay, and the price was right. Way better facility than some of the more expensive hotels we stayed at which also had your pick of good restaurants in the vicinity. Well satisfied.

気になった点 : 設備とサービス
The bed wasn’t bad, but no one could sleep because of the noise. There was no sound proofing or insulation between rooms. It literally sounded like there were people in our room talking all night. Staff was quick at check-in, but very unprofessional. I couldn’t tell the staff member from the loud “people” in the lobby that were very high and/or drunk. It was like a bad house party in the front lobby. We had two small children with us and it was an extremely disappointing experience. We go to Cloverdale/Poland at least 4-6 times every year. I highly doubt we’ll ever stay here again.

We really like staying here because the hotel is clean and the staff is always friendly! However, the plumbing definitely needs to be addressed. The water drains extremely slowly in both the tub and the sink. We’ve stayed here twice, about two months apart, in the same accessible room, and both the tub and sink were draining slowly during both stays, so we were hoping it would have been fixed by our second visit. Other than that, our stays have been great, and we will definitely continue booking here. We just hope the plumbing issue gets fixed!

Upon arrival around 5pm the front desk employee was outside smoking weed with whom I assume was a guest. When we finally got him to come to the desk after waiting 10 minutes to check us in he had no name badge or anything to identify himself as hotel staff. Was just a guy in a random tshirt that happened to be able to log into the computer for all I know. Guest doing drugs in the parking lot kept propping the back door of the hotel open to not need a key to enter the building. The room could have been cleaned a little better. Night stand was covered in dirt and dirty wash clothes were left in the bath tub. Beds were at least clean and did have clean towels. I have been to far worse hotels.
