「The layout and room of home is great. Pretty view also. But it needs to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty on arrival. Tables were dirty and sticky. Floors dirty. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your pots and pans. But even with all of that we made do and had the best time. But the house does need some attention…」

「Very overpriced for the value. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and stained. The a/c was spotty. There was a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. 「The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. It was a perfect location to walk just a few minutes to the beach. The patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoors spaces were perfect for gatherings.
