"They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown Greenville and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. The entire facility was spotless and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the virtual front desk—it was quick, easy to use, and made the whole experience feel smooth and modern. The only small downside was the pull-out couch mattress, which was a bit thin and you could feel the metal bars, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from that minor issue, everything about our stay was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville! 😊"

"We got there mid afternoon and our room wasn't ready, which is fine, so went to Greenville 4 minutes down the road for the day. When we got back later that night, the parking lot was full. We asked where we should park And we're told in the Taco Bell parking lot. We asked if that would be okay, and got a hesitated, "It should be." Needless to say, I was worried all night checking on it. Thankfully it was okay, but a hotel should have enough parking spaces for all of the guests. Room was ok. Clean. Just surprised how run down The property was for being just 4 minutes down the road from Greenville. "
