Very friendly and very helpful

Although we were unable to travel to this hotel due to the Corona virus the staff were so so helpful in sorting out our stay for next year.

Mycket bra Bokade dubbelrum för 3 Detta var perfekt för vår resa. Hotellet ligger i ett tyst by med massor av parkering på framsidan och ägaren var mycket hjälpsam och glad vid ankomsten. Sovrumet utmärkt och rent. Frukosten består av en buffé och urval av kallskuret och ost med bröd och bakverk, juice, flingor och kaffe och te. Läget är lättillgängligt från motorvägen En positiv upplevelse och jag skulle starkt rekommendera.

We were looking for a place near Brussels, and we found this gem. We enjoyed specialty beers at the hotel bar, we were prepared hot breakfasts, and simply given a royal treatment. If you arrive to Brussels in car, this is the way to go... You can simply leave and come back as you please, and know you'd be resting in a comfortable and quiet place.

In 't Fornuis te Ternat

De kamers waren ruim en net. De verwarming deed het beter in de kamer dan in de badkamer, dat had ik liever omgekeerd gehad. Jammer dat de mooie lounge niet open was, maar gezien de dag van het jaar (30 december) had ik daar alle begrip voor. Bovendien was het op de markt in café Affligem ook nog zeer gezellig. Het onontbijtbuffet vond ik wat aan de zuinige kant, maar was toch wel voldoende. De ligging is zeker ook uitstekend: we waren direct op E40. Het is ook stil en rustig in dit hotel en de aankleding, met veel natuursteen, mag gezien worden. De uitbater was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Great hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very convenient for this part of Belgium. Good service, with very clean room. I believe this hotel is perfect for business traveller.The internet work everywhere. Good car park and good food!

Unconventional delight.

We booked a room here while on our way back to Calais. We arrived a little late, and followed the instructions given over the phone by Johan. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for an evening meal and no tea/coffee making facilities in evidence, which was a minor setback. Our overnight stay was quirky, quaint, quiet and qu-omfortable - an absolutely charming hotel as was Johann, our host who provided a delicious breakfast and fascinating conversation. If you are looking for a run-of-the-mill chain hotel that ticks boxes and observes tedious convention, look elsewhere and miss a delightful stay at this little wonder.

Sehr nett

Wir waren wegen einem Konzert in Brüssel. Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Manager/ Besitzer war sehr bemüht. Die Betten waren gut,besonders die Bettdecken waren besser als man das aus vergleichbaren Hotels kennt. Einziger Nachteil: das Hotel liegt mitten in der Pampa und hat keinen guten Anschluss zum Zentrum der Stadt. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, wenn man nachts auch noch wieder zurück will. Man fährt 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Jederzeit wieder.

Ontzettend leuk hotel

Prima hotel als je een dagje Brussel of Gent wil doen ga enkel wel met de auto want het openbaar vervoer in belgie is niet geweldig. Hotel is zeer netjes en vriendelijk personeel ontbijt was zeer goed.

Leuk familie hotel, ruime kamer en badkamer, wel gehorig.

Prima hotel, rustige omgeving, aardige service (heb wel alleen één persoon gezien...), basis ontbijt, gezellige, ruime kamer (voor drie) met aparte slaapkamer, heerlijke badkamer alleen heel gehorig: je hoort eigenlijk alles wat wordt gezegd in de andere kamers ernaast. Gelukkig had ik oordoppen bij ;-)

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Très bon accueil par l'hôtelier. Chambres un peu anciennes mais correctement entretenues. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Le prix de 85 euros pour la nuitée de deux personnes est avantageux.
