General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. "Very friendly staffs. We LOVED the thermal pool! Natural hot springs. 3 different pools and very relaxing. They also have a bar/cafe right next to the thermal pool and they serve fresh squeezed juices. Breakfast - most selections. Very delicious. "

"If you want a true Italian family experience then a stay at BnB La Mortella is the answer. We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. "A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian).
