We picked this particular hotel because it was near family and we’ve stayed here before. Nice hotel and breakfast was plentiful. We specifically didn’t stay with family because they don’t have air conditioning but might have well have. This hotel controls the air conditioning with very little control on our end. No matter how many times we addressed the issue that our room was too hot it went on deaf ears. Staff seemed unsympathetic. 4 years ago it was the same issue and my husband had to get really angry to get the situation rectified. This is the last time we’ll stay here. For a hotel that promotes wellness they should consider a good nights sleep just as important as their spa services.

Nice holiday hotel

Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive.

Americans in warm water

Enjoyed it. Staff was very accommodating. Best to have a car to get to it, but you can arrange ahead of time for a taxi to pick you up from the traIn station (30 minutes from Salerno).

Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average.

What a waste of a hotel

This hotel is a joke. We get there and they give us the wrong room. The air conditioner doesnt work, and it was 95 degrees. No pne answes the reception room and the rooms smell like mildew. The tv doesnt work. Horrible experience would never recommend. They should close the hotel down

Il personale in particolare quello del bar prima di accedere alle piscine stamattina siamo andati a prendere un caffè non solo non hanno salutato quando siamo entrati ma non hanno risposto neanche al nostro buongiorno. Ci hanno servito caffe e hanno continuando a stare con la testa nel cellulare come se noi non esistessimo. Due ragazze xhe per quanto riguarda l'ospitalità e l educazione ne sanno ben poco.In portineria un po meglio ma anxhe lasciano desiderare. Io e mio marito abbiamo lavorato per anni in hotel e dalle nostre parti i clienti si accorgono con il sorriso sulle labbra e si salutano ogni volta che li si vede. Buongiorno e buonasera sono la base da cui partire. Lunica ragazza gentile cordiale che abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare nella struttura è quella del centro benessere dove abbiamo fatto idromassaggio.

Personale di pulizia nelle camere, efficiente e disponibile, ma la TV non si vedeva e non sono riusciti a farmela vedere. Colazione ottima come il servizio, la temperatura dell'acqua in piscina è troppo alta e l'orologio che sarebbe utile, è un problema che hanno provato a risolvere, ma non ci sono riusciti. Tutto il personale è scelto ed efficiente, anche nella zona termale.

Frukosten är väldigt god. Rummen är ganska spartanska men hela och rena. Dock var det alldeles för varmt i rummet. Det gick inte sova. 27 grader i rummet. Och när jag bad att de skulle sätta på ACn på hotellet gick det inte. Jag fick dock en fläkt.
