"Otel termal oteli değil. Sıcak termal suyu yok. Otel genel olarak soğuk ve konforsuz. Yemekler hem yetersiz hem de kötüydü. Temizlik de berbat. Kalabalık bir tatil dönemine hazır değildi. "
