It’s conveniently located in the heart of Sydney CBD next to World Square. The room is clean and spacious. The air con works perfectly. The kitchenette is well equipped. The only thing I don’t like is the noise of the fridge.

Hotel was fine, clean and not far from the airport. Staff were efficient but not very welcoming, no pride in customer service. Also dissapointed with the 'Executive Lounge' offering, which turned out to be 10 minutes worth (we arrived at 6.20, and apparently this only runs from 5-6.30) of a Canape Service in the middle of the main restaurant and a buffet breakfast (also just in the restaurant). Definitely not as advertised.

After living in this hotel with my family of 4 for 7 nights, I like how convenient it is, with various food options and the train, metro and bus stop right by the hotel. Popular places like chinatown, surry hills and george street are just a bus/tram ride down. The airport is only an 18min train ride away, which is very accessible.
