Hanno fatto di tutto per risolvere il problema creato da Holidu per overbooking cercando loro stessi una sistemazione in un altro hotel per poi ritornare per la seconda notte nella propria struttura con colazione gentilmente offerta ( ricca, gustosa , con grande varietà e con prodotti del posto )....

"We had a fabulous holiday and the apartment was perfect. Very clean with everything you need. The two balconies with wonderful views was a real treat and we even made use of the spa and laundry room, especially as we were on a three week trip around Europe and these little extras made a huge difference. The owners had fantastic recommendations for places to visit. Will definitely return in the winter months."

"Pros: Es war eine ruhige Auszeit mitten in der Natur mit Bergblick. Die Tiere im Stall waren das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Die Wohnung war sehr modern und sauber. Die Familie Gatterer waren super liebe Gastgeber. Man konnte sich wirklich sehr wohlfühlen. Cons: Die Küche hätte etwas mehr Ausstattung haben können. Es gibt auch keinen Backofen. Der Balkon war ein bisschen ungemütlich mit den harten Sitzmöbeln. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten :)"

"This hotel is stunning! We had a Mountain View room & it was just breathtaking. Great location. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was really delicious. Breakfast is also incredible. Loved the bar area to hang out in. Amazing staff from the front desk to the restaurant. They really went above & beyond. Wished we had our bathing suits cuz the pool & sauna looked so nice! Can’t wait to go back!"
