friendly staff, clean hotel

very cute hotel, staff very friendly, close to plaza and markets walking through the quaint Tequila neighborhoods we walked at all hours and always felt safe, there is no elevator at this hotel, so have to carry luggage up stairs.

Ramon was exceptionally and took care of us and made our stay amazing. Took care of an issue that’s was next door to us and resolved it with another room which was incredible. Rooms are great and in the center of tequila.

Room was Lovely . Very welcoming and clean. Small issue we ran into. there was a roach with eggs on the table. other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be returning. Hotel room was is just a few blocks away from The plaza.

Hot water was not working and shower head seal was damage. We reported it and were going to fixe it. Overall everything else was ok. Oh no elevator to second or third floor. We have to carry everything not assistance. But morning person was helpful with directions.

What a unique property and find! It's another diamond-in-the-rough; seemingly out of place for what it is. The property as it sits is only 8months old... so everything inside is perfect and very well maintained. We had a 2 bed-room apartment-style room, with full kitchen and dining room. VERY helpful for our family, 4-person party. This was a fantastic stay, albeit entirely too short. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the service from staff are all without equal. I think my favorite part was how convenient it was to walk to get everything from food, to a haircut, to a tequila distillery tour. If I had to make mention of an area needing improvement, it would be something they probably had no idea would every be an issue. The seal around one of the bedroom air conditioners was not tight, and when it rained (which it poured, thunder and lightning included) my father-in-law woke to a wet face and pillow. Easy fix, just need to follow up with the craftsmanship after the building is complete. Overall, however, the place exceeded my expectations and deserves the rating they have clearly worked diligently to secure. I highly recommend this place either for a single night, or a short stay. You will not be disappointed. 😊
