"Fantastic, spotless, well-equipped property. The villa is in an ideal location to serve as a base for visiting the sights in Tuscany and beyond, or chilling out. The pool, while shared, was never busy. It's about a 15 minute walk up the hill to the bars and restaurants in Montecarlo. About 15 mins drive to the local supermarket in Pescia. Could not have been better - would love to return!"

"A wonderful week in Franco's villa. Lovely location - we did the walk up to Montecarlo most days to sample some of the local restaurants and coffee shops - and an easy drive into Altopascio for food shopping. The villa was well laid out for a group of 13 of us ranging from 9 to 49 and pretty well equipped including pool inflatables and sun loungers for the lovely infinity pool. Franco was very helpful and hospitable. Only slight criticisms are that the aircon on the top floor is not really strong enough to support the. 38 degree weather we had, plastic cups would be useful for the kids and around the pool (we picked some up at the supermarket) and an electric car charging point would be amazing as there appear to be a lot locally which don't work!All in all however, a great house and we all had a brilliant time. "

"An absolutely lovely property and fantastic location!We arrived slightly early, but Luca and his wife showed us around and were happy for us to leave the bags there whilst we went to the supermarket. They couldn't have been more helpful with directions to supermarkets and local restaurants througout our stay when needed.They were always quick to respond and help with any of our questions (with brilliant English!).The villa was amazingly clean and very comfortable for the family with excellent facilities. It really has everything you need and more! The pool and the jacuzzi were lovely, especially in the hot weather.It was the perfect location to venture out to Pisa (around 45 mins) and Florence (around 60 mins). Well worth using the Pisamover and Villa Costanza if you're driving. We also went to Lucca twice (well worth exploring) and Vinci, both around 30 minutes away. We will definitely be looking to stay again!"

"The is the perfect place to stay in Tuscany. We had two families - four adults and four kids, and there was plenty of room. The location is ideal for day trips to all the hill towns in Tuscany, and the scenery is simply gorgeous. The house is equipped with everything you need, the pool is fantastic, and Juri was always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. He also connected us with an amazing chef, Erika, for an Italian cooking class at the villa where we made our own pasta. And then there was the lemon cake that Juri’s mom Carla made for us and that was waiting in the kitchen upon our arrival. We would have traveled to Tuscany alone just for that cake."
