"Beautiful facility!!!"

"The initial check in clerk was great. Once asleep in bed and bed heated up the bed began to smell like urine. Wife did not sleep barely one the smell started. Woke up to the room smelling of urine. Told front desk on check out, was not offered any compensation, clerk said she would let housekeeping know. Very poor customer service over issues at check out. Hotel starting to show age, shower head fallong out of wall, wall kleenex box cover falling off wall. Will not stay here again.."

"Called ahead when making reservation to make sure wired ethernet was available, only to be told on check in that it was not. Wi fi speed was less than 1mb/s. Hotel itself was an attempt at style over substance, but even the style was mediocre. "

"The hotel was fairly new and very clean. There were almost no amenities. It was a comfortable place to sleep, but it offered nothing special. To get in to the hotel area, you had to scan your key, but the door relocked 3 times before I could get from the scanner to the door. (Irritating)"

"Pool was not well kept and had what appeared to be human waste in it. Breakfast closed before the scheduled time, so we had to go get breakfast at McDonalds. "

"Staff was excellent the night person who checked us in helped with a spill in our vehicle by allowing us some towels, she was friendly considerate and awesome but i forgot her name - checkin 3/14 approx 9pm. Davius (? Spelling) cleaned our room and left us a beautiful note that was feel good and a blessing. The checkout gentleman in the a.m. 3/15 -approx 630 am was helpful, kind and awesome! We travel through every year and will def keep this option open . Thank you"
