「Walking distance to UT, Ruth’s Chris, Calhoun’s, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame. Boat was very clean, quiet location and nice views of the river. Wasn’t prepared to not being able to flush tp, had to throw away in trash can. Also not prepared for no warm water. Should be noted in the online description for guests to prepare for. Overall, we made it work and had an enjoyable experience.」

「Loved this place. The location was spot‑on, and the houseboat itself was super clean and comfortable. We spent so much time on the balcony and the deck — the views were incredible.
