The space Our home has two levels, with the lower level being a walk-out basement. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom, bathroom with a walk-in shower, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Upstairs features two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, another full kitchen, and a kids' area with bunk beds that sleep 4—perfect for families or groups.
Feel free to relax on the porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful farm view. Watch the horses roam, the martin birds dip on the pond, and hummingbirds feed nearby. It’s the perfect setting to slow down and soak in nature.
Guest access Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the entire property! We just ask that you do not enter the fenced horse pasture for your safety and the animals. The pond cannot be used for swimming since it is in the pasture with the horses. Other than that, the farm is yours to roam—dip your toes in the creek, drink pure spring water straight from the hill, relax at the picnic area by the creek, or unwind by a bonfire under the stars. There’s plenty of space for families to relax, wander, and make lasting memories.
Other things to note We have a natural artesian spring on the farm, which means you’ll be showering in and drinking pure spring water during your stay. It’s been professionally tested and is among the purest water in the country. Your skin and hair will feel amazing! It’s a unique opportunity to detox from bottled and city water and enjoy nature’s best, straight from the source.
Mary and her husband were fabulous! They showed us around their place and let us know all the amenities of the property. We used the home for a family reunion of sorts with some of our Tennessee relatives. The adults and kids enjoyed feeding the horse and mule with carrots proved by the owner! We enjoyed sitting nightly around the fire pit reminiscing and visiting! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable.Suggestion for the owners: It's for the kitchen. I would leave a few upper cabinet areas empty for visitors to put their kitchen stuff in. That way we see it when we are packing up to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You both are awesome folks and we will be back next year!!!!
