The secure, gated complex is tranquil and luxurious with mature vegetation and a large pool. Wildlife is abundant in our area with many opportunities to enjoy many bird varieties and monkeys.
A 3-4 min walk to Playa Penca and Playa Potrero. Groceries, fish, and fresh produce markets are within sight. Enjoy a relaxed stroll to many wonderful restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and sunset dinners in our area.
Luxurious 100% cotton bedding, new furniture, new appliances, and a well-appointed kitchen will make your stay perfect.
Fast internet, cable TV, Netflix, and HBO max are included.
1 hour to the Liberia International Airport.

Condo at Casa Del Sol

We were very happy with the accommodations and cleanliness of the condo. It was very secure with guards at the entrance. It was also walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.

Casa Del Sol 23 is wonderful!

Our stay exceeded expectations! The pictures really don’t do this lovely home and surroundings justice. It is a perfect tropical oasis, in close proximity to so many things. We all enjoyed the pool each morning and Penca beach every afternoon. The home is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking meals. The bedrooms are great and having accommodation with King size beds was wonderful too. Amanda’s communication prior to, and during our stay, was appreciated and our family can’t wait to return!

Highly recommended vacation stay

Wonderful property. Everything you would need for a home away from home. Apartment is very spacious and has all the conveniences you need for a great vacation. Very close to the beach and some wonderful restaurants nearby plus if you need to cook there is an amazing supermarket very close. Would definitely book again. Great communication with Amanda, the owner 5 stars

Very enjoyable, wonderful stay

To begin with, Amanda was great with communication from the time we chose the unit to the day we left the unit. When we left home i knew everything was in order. We arrived late at night and no worries, the place was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped. The security, grounds and location was great. Penca Beach is the best beach we visited and we swam there every day. Restaurants and groceries are close, we didn't use our car the first 2 days. We want to come back soon. I would highly recommend this rental. BTW The monkeys are very vocal at times and if you are alert you may catch a glimpse of them in the evening before sunset.

Wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for our week at your lovely condo. We recommend this property highly! The location is great and it is well stocked with everything you will need for a great stay. The beds are comfortable and the indoor and outdoor furniture are very comfortable and it is a relaxing place to enjoy the great weather. The condo complex is lovely and it is a short walk to the beach or to several stores and restaurants. A great place to stay!

Beautiful Beach Condo

Very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated condo, in a quiet and secure complex. Close to a large and quiet beach and was easy to explore a couple of other beaches in the area. Local restaurants and convenience stores were close too. The pool is large, warm, and close, with a nice outdoor space in front of the unit. Great for families.
