She met us when we arrived and gave us a walk through of the beautiful property. She was very accommodating, understanding and a pleasure to work with. While they are very friendly, their residence is in close proximity to the rental home. Additionally, the property has strict rules that must be adhered to, including maintaining quiet hours starting at 10 PM and limiting the number of cars in the driveway to eight. Unfortunately, our family incurred an additional charge of $350...
