Beware! Host horribly micromanaged and invaded our personal space. The space, itself was beautiful. However, the host made the stay incredibly uncomfortable l. We would get text messages when out of town about how to park and the trash. They were very odd about their trash as they load it into a tractor. All of this could have been avoided by labelling their trash and recycling. They had other guests, and whenever there was an issue with the trash, they would blai and text us. If staying here, be prepared to take your trash to the dump to avoid drama.We parked in the assign places, but they were very angry. We moved, yet they got angry our truck was not up against the fence where it would have scratched the paint. It felt like being a teenager under hostile attack from angry step-parents.We love dogs, and appreciate that the place is dog friendly. I do not recommend it for small dogs or children. They have a big dog, that roams freely they cannot control. The dog nipped at my boyfriend and lunged aggressively at our dogs on a few occasions.When leaving, the host came in to the inside dwelling with her dog before my boyfriend left. As it was a private space, there was a reasonable expectation of privacy and this was violated. Also, there are some safety concerns. A brick on the steps was loose. Also, the bath mat provided was unsafe and caused me to slide and get injured. I notified the host, but the host did not care. I left with a sprained ankle and bruised.
