"Very pleasant Pub style B&B. Only stayed one night, but had a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was complimentary, but I paid extra for a Full English, which was excellent"

"The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!"

"Great location on a quiet stretch of the seafront. Staff were very helpful and attentive, and offered a nice range of breakfast options. Room was clean and well designed on the second floor with views of the south downs."

"Everything was fine, the room quiet. well-ecorated, clean and warm and there were nice extras - orange juice and porridge oats and plenty of tea and coffee. However the en suite shower room was a tight fit for my husband who is 6'4" so we would check if there was a larger en suite another time."

"We had a one night stay at the Burlington. From the outside the hotel looked tired and in need of some maintenance, but once inside the former grandeur of the place was evident, with beautiful chandeliers, nice seating areas and a lovely airy flow to the place. The staff were all very friendly and genuinely couldn't do enough to help us.
We had a lovely large room with a sea view which suited us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable too The lift was a bonus, and worked perfectly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so are unable to comment on that, but the dining room looked full when we walked past. We were also able to leave our bags in a secure room once we had checked out which was really helpful as we arrived by bus. The location is great, giving easy access to the local amenities."
"Stayed for three nights at Leonardo Hotel Brighton and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect for getting around the city, and everything felt smooth and stress‑free from check‑in to check‑out. A brilliant stay — definitely deserves five stars."
"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive.
The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes.
This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area.
Will definitely be visiting again!"
"it was a really nice stay the cleaners did an excellent job there was pool to play at reception the only downside is that they dont do free breakfast and the reception carpets are quite dirty but they are changing them currently"
"We arrived earlier and were helpfully directed by a receptionist (Ozgen) about the location of their on-site car park (available on a first-come, first-served basis); the rate information on a 24-hour basis (£8 instead of £10); and how to log in car's registration number once it's been parked.
We were unable to check in early, but left our suitcase securely in Ozgen's hands until we came back. Whilst waiting, we enjoyed basking in the beauty of the sea and the sun (as well as the shingle). We were also witnessed the Airbourne shows with the rest of the beach goers.
Our double room was spacious with an entryway, my requested electric fan, and an ensuite bathroom.
The main room had hinged picture windows, a mini fridge (cool enough for preservation level), or similar to what their advertised double room images. However, the mirrors' placements are different with no luggage rack, but a luggage cabinet.
The actual ensuite bathroom with shower/bathtub combination. In my opinion, it was better because of the inset basin, which provided ample space for toiletries and other bathroom essentials.
The entryway had a wardrobe cabinet with the safe and the iron/ironing board.
Wish the carpet were thoroughly clean; another set of pillows was provided; and the windows' openings are in different directions to provide more privacy.
There was a drinking water dispenser at the reception; and a bar balcony for relaxing nights whilst listening to live background music."
"The room and the view was perfect. Even had air conditioning- which was much appreciated in the heat we’ve had. Lovely balcony with a table and chairs to sit and watch the world go by.
Only downside, a few of the staff were rude."
