Elegantly Remodeled Downtown Telluride Condo

Elegantly remodeled one bed, one bath condo perched on the banks of Cornet Creek. Just steps from Main Street and one block from the Coonskin (chair 7) lift. Easy access into the unit with onsite parking. The bedroom has a king size bed with a 55'' tv at the foot of the bed. Also has a dresser and large closet to store all of your clothes along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has brand new appliances with quartz countertops, all the cookware you'll need for preparing meals and entertaining. The bathroom has a large walk in tile shower with an overhead rain and handheld shower heads. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper couch with chase (most comfortable sofa sleeper). 65'' Samsung smart tv with Yamaha sound bar and sub. All of the lighting in the unit has been updated and fitted with dimmer switches. Business license: 019890

Terrific spot in Telluride

Came in Wednesday before the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and stayed to Monday. Great condo. Comfortable, well appointed. Perfect for two. Easy walking distance to everything. Out of the hustle and bustle. Quiet and restful. Right by a running creek for a lovely view and peaceful soundscape. Would happily stay here again.

Ski Weekend

Loved the condo, super clean, king bed, nice linens. Very comfortable for 3/4 people. 2 tv’s, updated nicely. 5 minute easy walk to lift 7, easy walk to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!!

Long Weekend Trip

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. We went during the off season (November 14-18), but there was still so much to do. The property was very clean and just as pictured. The host had great and very specific instructions for check-in and parking, which was very much appreciated. Downtown is literally within walking distance. We even went to Mountain Village and Ouray on a couple of different days. We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was excellent. It was clean and cozy and very quiet. Very close to restaurants. It was easily walkable to restaurants and main street and the grocery store. Communication with the owner was great. the owner was great

Perfect location!

Spent a wonderful week at this great little condo right downtown. Walking distance to everything, including a wonderful market, gondola, trailheads, right off main street. Looked exactly like photos in listing. Very clean, very well stocked, had everything you’d need! Perfect size for the two of us. So nice to have laundry! Parking was a little tricky, but there are very good options. Had one issue with parking and host was very attentive. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to get back to Telluride, and would definitely stay here again.

March Ski Trip

All in all - this is a great Condo. Awesome communication with the property owner. Small but, very useful Kitchen. Very comfortable for 2, Not sure I would recommend a much larger group. There is a pull out Sofa, so maybe a 3rd? LOVED the "storage" in the entry area. Lots of hooks to hang gear, coats, etc. FYI - there is not a hot tub, which would have been nice. All in all, YES - we would stay here again.

Comfortable Telluride Condo

This property was perfect for our recent stay in Telluride. It has been nicely remodeled and was well appointed with everything we needed for our short visit. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shops, as well as the Gondola and river walking path. The owner Mike was helpful with tips on dining and activities, and very prompt with responding to our questions on parking both before and after our check-in. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in town.

Excellent property in the heart of Telluride!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was the perfect location for the activities we attended in Telluride. The property team took care of our requests quickly and accurately. Wonderful Condo

Condo was recently remodeled and looks great. Very clean and neat. Great Location and Close to everything in Telluride. We walked and biked everywhere, never had to drive our car. Short walk to the Gondola. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Telluride.

Perfect Place

The condo is clean, very homey and esthetically pleasing to the eyes. I looked forward to coming home after a day of walking around and exploring. The condo is located in the second floor. Parking was fairly easy. And it’s so convenient that we had designated parking in the home because we kept our car in the complex and walked and explored because parking in the main streets of Telluride would’ve been a challenge. The home also had the basic necessities for everyday living—cookware, hair dryer, plenty of towels, throw blankets… This is a beautiful gem in an already beautiful place. It was a perfect place! We would definitely stay again!
