Guests have access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 1 loft, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, 3 living spaces (main, bonus, and lower level), 2 private decks—one with a Weber gas grill and outdoor dining for 6–8—a dedicated workspace, and a private hot tub. Parking is available for 2 vehicles: 1 in a detached garage and 1 directly in front of the garage. Please note there are 22 stairs from the garage to the front door.

This townhome sits in the heart of Mountain Village, just minutes from the gondola that connects to downtown Telluride. Enjoy the best of both worlds—easy ski access in winter and proximity to trailheads and festivals in the summer. The neighborhood is peaceful yet walkable, with nearby markets, cafes, and outdoor adventures all close by.
Getting Around:
A car is helpful but not required. The gondola station is just 0.5 miles away and provides free access to downtown Telluride. Walk to nearby restaurants, trailheads, and the Mountain Village Market. Garage and driveway parking is provided.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

This property resides in a quiet family community setting, and therefore Quiet Hours are strictly enforced. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. These Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the HOA
