Perfect spot

Perfect space for us and our grandson. Close to town and gondolas. Our car stayed parked (included and safe) the entire trip.

Great people and location but DISGUSTINGLY NASTY

Location of the property is great. The people at the property were great. However the bedding and towels supplied were NASTY. Our bedding and towels obviously hadn't been washed. It had several LARGE body fluid stains on them. We called the front desk about the issue and Mr Pete came by about an hour later with fresh linen...at least we thought. We inspected the new linen and found the same issues. We ended up going to a nearby grocery store and buying detergent and bleach to wash everything ourselves. After spending two hours of our own time, what do you know, the linen had no stains on them. Despite everything else being great, this is absolutely disgusting. This should never happen at a property that you are paying money for...especially not for the amount we paid to stay here. Very unhappy about this part of our experience.

Fantastic

We added additional people to our trip last minute and the owner was very accommodating. He worked with us to find a location that would better suit our needs. The upgraded location was amazing and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Warm and Cozy

"Warm and Cozy" describes this property. It was about as small of a space you can put 3 people in. The kitchenette was too small to actually cook with, but it was fine for reheating left overs and light meals like cereal. Also, it doesn't have air conditioning and we were there over 4th of July when it was unusually warm. The room fan helped, but it was still too warm to be comfortable at times. On the positive side, the parking was close (city lot right next to the property) which is rare in Telluride, the property was clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable and the location was good. It was available at the last minute for 4th of July, but I wouldn't stay here again unless it was at a different time of the year.

Great Location

This property is right in town and convenient to the gondola and shopping. We stayed in a one bedroom with kitchenette and it was just as advertised. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

Great location but not upscale

Pros: We loved the location of the property. Property Manager was wonderful and helpful. Right next to the river trail which made getting to town and trails really easy. Cons: We had the worst possible location of a room that overlooked a parking garage outside our window - cars going in and out constantly and workman right outside our window. The room was a little rundown but it met our needs. Parking is a little challenging. Overall, I would recommend.
